Who we are

Mesh Bioplastics Limited, registered in Ireland (No. 774194), is responsible for information collected through this website. Contact info@meshbioplastics.com with questions about your information.

Enquiries and estimates

We collect the contact details and messages you submit. For a VariControl estimate, we collect your name, company, work email, production assumptions and calculated scenario. We verify your email before releasing personalised results. We retain the estimate and send a copy to you and to our team.

Mesh uses these details to deliver the service you requested, discuss your estimate and follow up on your production requirements. This supports our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps towards a contract. Requesting an estimate does not subscribe you to a general newsletter. Existing contact restrictions are retained.

Careers

If you join our talent pool, we collect your contact details, area of interest, message and CV. We use these to consider you for future recruitment opportunities with your consent. You can withdraw that consent by contacting us.

Website operation and analytics

Hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Short-lived verification records, sessions and hashed rate-limit identifiers protect the calculator. Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you accept analytics cookies. We measure page visits and actions such as demo clicks and verified estimate requests. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, company names, messages, CVs, production inputs or savings figures to Analytics.

Service providers

Netlify hosts the website and stores enquiry and application records. Resend processes verification codes, estimate emails and related delivery information. Google Workspace/Gmail handles our business inbox, replies and enquiries. Google Analytics processes usage information when you consent. We do not sell personal data. Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, applicable transfer safeguards are required.

Retention

We keep business enquiries, estimates and applications only as long as needed for their stated purposes and applicable legal obligations. Verification codes expire after ten minutes and calculator sessions after one hour; expired service records are periodically removed. Contact us if you want your records reviewed or deleted.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. Contact info@meshbioplastics.com to make a request. You may also raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
